1. What Stratos.Live is

Stratos.Live is a sports odds and analytics product. We compare publicly available or licensed sportsbook prices, grade them against our models, and show you the result. We are not a sportsbook, a broker, or a money transmitter. We do not accept wagers, hold customer funds, settle bets, or pay winnings.

Every bet you place happens on a licensed operator's own site or app, under that operator's terms, pricing and licence. Prices shown here can change or become unavailable before you reach the operator.

2. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 21 years old (or 18 where your local law sets that as the legal wagering age) and physically located in a jurisdiction where online sports wagering is lawful. By creating an account you confirm this is true.

We may suspend or close any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor, a self-excluded person, or someone in a restricted jurisdiction.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal — do not share, resell, or automate access to them outside limits we publish. Team and syndicate plans may be shared only within the seat count you purchased.

You must give accurate registration details and keep your email current so we can send account, billing and result notices.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

Paid plans (Day Pass, Weekly, Pro, Edge and Team) are billed through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period you already paid for.

Day passes and weekly passes are single-period products and do not renew unless the checkout says otherwise. Except where required by law, payments already taken are non-refundable — but contact us and we will look at genuine billing errors and duplicate charges.

5. No guarantees, no advice

Model edges, grades, closing-line value, projected payouts and track-record figures are estimates built from historical and live market data. They are information, not financial or betting advice, and they are not a prediction or a promise of any outcome.

Past performance does not predict future results. You alone decide what to stake and you alone carry the loss. Never wager money you cannot afford to lose and never chase losses.

6. Data and third parties

Odds, scores, lineups and injury data come from third-party providers and public operator feeds. We work to keep them accurate and current but cannot warrant that any figure is error-free, complete, or in sync with the operator at the moment you bet. The operator's own displayed price always governs.

Links and handoffs to sportsbooks may be affiliate links. That never changes how a pick is graded or ranked.

7. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, mirror, resell or redistribute our data or model output; do not attempt to breach access controls, reverse engineer the product, or interfere with the service; do not use Stratos.Live for any unlawful purpose or from a restricted jurisdiction using a VPN or similar tool.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stratos.Live is not liable for betting losses, missed prices, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the product. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product and the regulatory picture change. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continuing to use the service means you accept them.
